1. No Refund Policy

HeavyRealms operates a strict NO REFUND policy.

All payments made to HeavyRealms are final and non-refundable under any circumstance, including but not limited to: accidental purchase, changed mind, unused services, cancellation, downgrades, or dissatisfaction with performance. By placing an order you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.

2. Service Usage

You agree not to use HeavyRealms services for illegal activity, spam, hosting malware, DDoS-for-hire, phishing, or any content that violates applicable law. Violations may result in immediate suspension with no refund.

3. Uptime & Support

We target 99.9% uptime and provide 24/7 support via Discord and ticket system. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced in advance on our status page: status.heavyrealms.pro.

4. Data Backups

Automatic backups are provided as a courtesy. You remain responsible for maintaining your own copies of any important data.

5. Account Termination

Non-payment beyond the due date, chargebacks, or terms violations may result in account suspension and permanent data deletion. No refund is issued in either case.
